BREIF: Our team was approached by a unique marketing company to assist with a large corporate brand activation within larger festival experience environment. Over 3 days a custom built concept bar venue would operate at Falls Festival, Byron Bay.
Our client booked us to provide, coordinate & manage a team of approximately 80 specialty entertainers over 3 days of the event operations including theatre performers, body artists, fire performers, acrobats, angle grinder girls, wearable art characters, mimes, roving musicians, stilt walkers, dancers & so much more.
We were given freedom to curate a program that echoed the broader vision of the brand activation experience, which included the weird & wonderful. The venue experience received glowing reviews, and the concept which includes Sacred Circus performance talent has intentions to tour nationally over the coming months.
